비정상 운전
20% 이하의 부하로 엔진이 운전되면 불완전 연소로
인하여 공기와 배기 가스 통로 및 연소실 내부가 오염된
다. 따라서 장기간 저 부하 운전은 가능하면 피해야 한다.
그러나, 만일 장시간 연속적으로 20%의 부하 보다 낮게
엔진을 운전하는 것이 불가피하다면, 엔진 내부의 오염을
최소한 하기 위해서 다음과 같은 조치가 수행되어져야
한다.
운전 시간은 다음과 같이 제한되어져야 한다.
무 부하 상태의 운전시 : 최대 5분이내
15% 부하 이하의 경유 운전 또는 20% 부하
이하의 중유 운전시 : 최대 100시간
매일 적어도 30분 동안 경유로 70% 이상의 부하
상태에서 세정 운전을 실시해야 한다.
터빈은 보다 자주 세척 해야 한다.
Long Term Low Load Operation

Operating the engine with the load of below 20%
may cause incomplete combustion and result fouling
of combustion chamber as well as air and exhaust
gas flow passages. Therefore, long term low load
operation should be avoided as possible. However, if
it is inevitable to operate the engine at lower than
20% load for a long time continuously, following
measures should be carried out to minimize
contamination of the engine inside.
Operating duration should be restricted as
below.
Flushing operation should be carried out over
70% load on MDO for at least 30 minutes
everyday.
