3. 온도 센서 시험
PT 100 센서의 기능적 시험은 다음과 같은 과정에
따라 이루어질 수 있다.
1) 포켓에서 센서를 제거한다.
2) 특수 시험장치에 의해 일정 온도로 조절된 물통에
센서를 담금으로써, 측정값을 얻는다
3) 엔진제어판에서
측정값과 같은지 조사한다
4) 시험 후에, 센서를 다시 부착한다.
시험은 또한 온도센서용 특수 시물레이션 장비에 의해 이
루어 져야 한다. 이 장비는 센서 값을 측정 할 수 있고,
알람 시스템용으로 센서신호를 모의생성 할 수 있어야 한
다.
4. 조절
이런 종류의 공장에서 미리 세팅되어 나오기 때문에 사
이트에서 추가적인 조절은 필요 없다.
센서조절이 필요한 경우 조절용 특수 공구와 장비가
필요하다.

3. Temp. sensor test
Functional test of PT 100 sensor can be carried out
according to the following procedure.
1) Take the sensor out of the pocket.
2) Test the measuring value by submerging the
sensor in the water bath, which is controlled by
a special testing apparatus producing a
constant temperature
3) Check that the measuring value indicated on
the Engine Control Panel is equal to the
testing apparatus measuring value
4) After the above test, the sensor is mounted
again.
The test can also be made by special simulation
instruments for the temperature sensors.
The instruments can measure the sensor value and
simulate a sensor signal for the alarm system
4. Adjustment
Since these types of sensor have been factory
calibrated and factory adjusted, more adjustment
does not need in site. In case of sensor adjustment,
the special tool and equipment needs for adjustment.
