Spindle을 과도하게 회전 시 Spindle 나사
부를 통하여 연료유의 누유 현상이 생길 수 있으니, 주의
하시기 바랍니다..`
3. 스핀들을 시계 방향으로 회전하여 완전히 close 시
킨 후(그림5), 1바퀴를
(그림6)
Spindle을 close시 압력 변화 여부가 없어
야 하며, 압력 변화시 Locking nut를 풀어 Spindle을 재조
임하여 close 상태를 재확인한다.
4. 맥압이 0.3 bar 이내에서 hunting 되는지 확인하고,
맥압이 0.3 bar 이상일시 spindle을 재 조정한 후,
Locking nut를 고정한다. (그림. 7)
Locking nut 고정시 내부 Spindle이 움직이지 않
도록 Spindle을 드라이브로 고정후 Locking nut를 조인다.
5. 엔진을 정지 시킨 후 재 시동하여 압력 상승에 이상
이 없는지 확인한다.
6. 저압 경고 발생시, 3.4의 과정을 재실시하여 Spindle
을 재조절 후 5.의 과정을 재 실시한다.
7. 임시 설치한 압력계를 제거한다.
반시계 방향으로 개방한다.

fluctuation is over 0.3 bar, adjusted the
spindle again. After that fix and tighten locking
nut. (Fig. 7)

nut.
5. Checked the fuel oil pressure condition of
engine restart.
6. If low-pressure alarm happens, proceed to step
3 and 4, which re-adjust the spindle. After that,
repeat step 5.
7. Remove temporary pressure gauge.
