Replacement of Resilient Mount.
탄성지지대의 교체 (Youil made)
탄성지지대의 교체
1. 탄성지지대를 지지하고 있는 모든 Bolt를 푼다.
2. Base frame의 바닥에 그림1과 같이 Jack을 끼운다.
3. Steel shim을 분리할 수 있도록 발전기 세트를 든다.
이때 손상된 탄성지지대를 분리할 수 있는 충분한
공간을 확보 하여야 한다.
4. 손상된 탄성지지대를 교체한다.
주의 : 탄성지지대를 교체할 때에는 항상 마주보는
한 쌍이 동시에 교체되어야 한다. (그림 2)
5. 발전기 세트를 내리고 반대면의 탄성지지대를 같은
방법으로 교체 한다.
6. 손상된 다른 탄성지지대를 위와 같은 순서로 교체한
다.
7. 탄성지지대를 탄성지지대 설치 지침에 의거 조절한
다.

Replacement of resilient mounting

1. Loosen all bolts which catch the resilient
mounting.
2. Insert a jack under the bottom of base frame.
(Fig. 1)
3. Lift the generating sets for remove a steel shim.
At this time, secure a sufficient place for replace
a damaged resilient mounting.
4. Replace a damaged resilient mounting.
NOTICE : whenever a resilient mounting is
replaced, it must be replaced in pairs. (Fig. 2)
5. Get down a generating set and replace the other
side resilient mounting according to above
method.
6. Replace the other damaged resilient mounting
according to above sequences.
7. Adjust all resilient mounting refer to instruction
for installation of resilient mounting.
