연료 분사 시기의 조정
연료 분사 시기는 실린더 최고 압력에 영향을 준다.
이 실린더 최고 압력은 엔진 메이커에서 정확히 맞추어
놓았으므로 조정하지 않는 것이 바람직하다.
그러나, 새로운 연료 분사 펌프를 설치하였거나 각
실린더별 압력차이가 허용치를 벗어나면, 분사 시기를
확인하고 조정하는데 그림 1과 같이 스러스트 플레이
트의 두께를 조정하면 된다.
스러스트 플레이트를 추가하면(두께증가) 연료분사
시기는 빨라지고 실린더 최고 압력은 증가하게 된다.
스러스트 플레이트 + 0.1mm = 실린더 압력 + 2 bar
.
스러스트 플레이트 두께를 변경할 수 있으나,
변경할 경우 반드시 엔진 제작자와 협의하십시오.

Adjustment of Fuel Injection Timing
Fuel injection timing influences the maximum
cylinder pressure which is set properly by engine
maker and normally recommended not to be adjusted.
However, if new fuel injection pump has been
installed or if the deviation of each cylinder pressure is
out of tolerance, the injection timing should be checked
and adjusted, which can be adjusted by the thickness
of thrust plate as shown in fig 1.
When inserting thrust plate (increasing thickness),
the injection timing advanced and maximum cylinder
pressure increased.
Thrust plate thickness+0.1mm=Cyl.pressure+2
