Fuel Injection Pump
연료 분사 펌프 (Separate)
연료 분사 펌프의 조립
연료 분사 펌프를 조립하기에 앞서 작업대, 공구 및
고정구를 깨끗한 상태로 준비해둔다. 작업대에 깨끗한
종이나 부드러운 천을 덮어 둔다. 조립 전, 모든 부품들
은 등유(혹은 경유)와 핸드 브러시 (철 솔은 제외)를 사
용하여 깨끗이 닦아 놓는다.
새로운 플런저 어셈블리 및 태핏 어셈블리 등
을 교체할 경우에는 이러한 부품들에 묻어있는 방청유를 등유
를 사용하여 확실하게 제거해야 합니다. 그리고 조립하기에 앞
서 깨끗하게 정제된 연료에 잠시 담그어 둡니다.
모든 O-링과 백업 링을 교체하여야 합니다. 그
리고 이것들을 끼워넣기 전에 적은 양의 바셀린 또는 유화 젤
을 표면에 바릅니다.
모든 가스켓을 교체하여야 합니다.
모든 나사산에는 고착방지제를 바릅니다. (몰리
코드 또는 유사한 제품)
배럴의 실링 면, 딜리버리 밸브 및 딜리버리 밸
브 케이스를 종이로 닦고 건조시켜야 합니다.
실링 면이 손상되지 않도록 주의하십시오.
그림 14와 같이 토크 렌치를 사용하여 100 Nm
의 토크로 여러 번에 걸쳐 볼트를 체결해야 합니다.

Assembling the Fuel Injection Pump
Before attempting to assemble the fuel injection
pump, make certain that working table, tools and
fixtures are clean. Cover the working table with clean
paper or soft cloth. Before assembly, all the parts must
be cleaned using clean kerosene (or gas oil) and a
hand brush (not a steel brush).

kerosene thoroughly, when these parts are replaced.
And dip them in clean filtered fuel oil before assembly.

Coat all the threads
