밸브 스핀들 가이드
밸브 가이드 교체
밸브 가이드가 마모 제한치(
과하거나 손상될 경우, 밸브 가이드를 새 것으로 교체하
여야 한다. 밸브 가이드를 뽑아내거나 끼워넣을 때, 그림
3과 같이 동일한 공구를 이용할 수 있다.
1. 그림 3과 같이 공구를 설치한다.
장착 및 제거용 공구 :
2. 밸브 가이드를 제거하기 위해 고무망치를 사용하여
공구를 누르거나 두드린다.

3. 실린더 헤드의 보어와 새 밸브 가이드를 아주 깨끗
이 닦는다.
실린더 헤드의 보어 안쪽에 손상된 흠집이
나 돌출부를 제거하십시오.

Replacement of the Valve Guide
If a valve guide exceeds the wear limit or damaged
(see
G09200
replaced by a new one. When extracting and fit-ting
the valve guide, same tool can be used as shown in
fig 3.
1. Mount the tool as shown in fig 3.
Fit/Removal device :
2. Press or knock the tool by means of soft
hammer to extract the valve guide.

3. Clean the bore of cylinder head and new valve
guide thoroughly.
Scratched mark or burr inside bore
of the cylinder head should be removed.
