Main/Thrust Bearings
메인/스러스트 베어링
5. 두개의 너트를 동시에 유압으로 풀어낸다.
분해 절차서 :
G09500
분해 압력 :1220 bar (max. 1260 bar)
6. 유압 공구를 풀어낸다.
7. 너트를 풀면서 메인 베어링 캡을 천천히 아래로 내
려 놓는다.
8. 캡으로부터 하부 베어링을 조심해서 빼낸다.
9. 그림 3과 같이 크랭크 샤프트를 회전시킨 후 저널의
오일 홀에 플러그를 설치한다.
플러그 :

10. 크랭크 샤프트를 반시계 방향으로 천천히 돌리면서
상부 베어링을 분해한 후 빼낸다.
엔진으로부터 베어링을 빼내는 동안 손상되
거나 또는 떨어지지 않도록 주의하십시오.

5. Loosen the two nuts hydraulically at the same
time.
Loosening procedure :
Loosening pressure : 1220 bar (max. 1260 bar)
6. Dismount the hydraulic tools.
7. Lower the
unscrewing the nuts.
8. Take out lower bearing from the cap carefully.
9. Turn the crankshaft and mount the fitting plug on
the oil hole of the journal as shown in fig 3.
Fitting plug :

10. Dismantle upper
crankshaft counter clockwise slowly and take out
the bearing.
Be careful not to drop or damage the
bearing during taking out from the engine.
