This application program sorts the measurement results using the comparator
function.

Example 9-14 is described in detail below. Each explanation
Define Variables and initialize the program.
Presets the E4981A. Sets the comparator limit values for
Bin1,Bin2 and Bin3 of the E4981A. Sets the trigger
conditions of the E4981A.
Enables Bin 1 to 3. Disables Bin 4 to 9. Reads measurement
values using *TRG command fifty times. Displays the bin
values.
Closes the I/O bus.
Displays an error number when an error occurs.
A subroutine to check whether an error occurs when the IO
Library Suite function is executed.
A subroutine to change assignment of the I/O bus and
address setting according to the connection type i.e. USB
or GPIB between the E4981A and a PC.
