    Adjusting the Carrying Handle Getting Started Adjusting the Carrying Handle Adjust the carrying handle to carry the meter or view the display. The carrying handle can be locked into three different positions. Pull the handle outwards, rotate it to the required position and release it into one of the three locks.

    Getting Started Turning the Power Meter On Turning the Power Meter On You can turn the power meter on without connecting a power sensor or power- sensor cable. C AU T I O N The instrument has an autoranging power supply. Ensure the supply voltage is within the range 85 to 264 V and 47 - 440Hz.

The meter automatically steps through a self test routine..and is now ready for use. N O T E If the meter has been stored in extremely cold conditions, beyond its normal operating range, the display may require a few minutes to warm up and operate normally.
