• Pour transfer oil to transfer referring to "Transfer Oil
Change".

1. Transfer output flange nut
: After tightening nut so as rotational
torque of pinion shaft to be in
specified value, caulk nut securely.
2. Transfer output flange
3. Oil seal
: Apply grease 99000-25010 to oil
seal lip.
4. Pinion shaft RR taper roller bearing
5. Retainer cover
6. Transfer output retainer No.1 bolt
: Apply sealant 99000-31260 to
thread part.
7. O-ring
: Apply grease 99000-25010 to all
around surface.
8. Shim
9. Spacer
10. Pinion shaft FR taper roller bearing
11. Reduction driven gear and bevel
gear set
12. Adjuster plate
13. Adjuster plate bolt
: Apply thread lock cement 99000-
32110 to thread part.
23 N·m(2.3 kg-m)

: Apply sealant 99000-31260 to thread
part.
17. Transfer left case

: Apply grease 99000-25010 to oil seal lip.
19. Reduction drive gear LH bearing
20. Reduction drive gear
21. Reduction driven gear LH taper roller
bearing
22. Reduction driven gear RH taper roller
bearing
23. Reduction drive gear RH bearing
24. Intermediate shaft
25. Oil protect plate bolt
: Apply thread lock cement 99000-32110
to thread part.
26. Snap ring
27. Oil protect plate
28. Shim
• Pour automatic transaxle fluid to automatic transaxle
referring to "A/T Fluid Change in Section 5A".
• Check oil level and leakage.

36. Intermediate shaft bearing
37. Snap ring
38. Oil seal
: Apply grease 99000-25010 to oil seal
lip.
39. Transfer case bolt
40. Transfer output retainer No.2 bolt
41. Transfer output retainer
: Do not reuse.
: Tightening torque
