Front Suspension Frame Check; Front Suspension Fasteners Check - Suzuki Liana RH413 Service Manual

2B-20 Front Suspension:
3) Install suspension arms (2) (right & left). Refer to
"Suspension Control Arm / Bushing Removal and
Installation".
4) Install stabilizer bar (3). Refer to "Front Stabilizer Bar
and/or Bushings Removal and Installation".
5) Tighten bolts and nuts to each specified torque.
Tightening torque
Control arm mounting bolt (c): 90 N·m (9.0 kgf-
m, 65.0 lb-ft)
Suspension arm ball joint nut (d): 60 N·m (6.0
kgf-m, 43.5 lb-ft)
Stabilizer bar mounting bracket bolt (e): 23 N·m (
2.3 kgf-m, 17.0 lb-ft)
1. Suspension frame
F: Forward
6) Install wheels (right & left) and lower hoist.
7) Confirm front wheel alignment referring to "Front
Wheel Alignment Inspection and Adjustment".

Front Suspension Frame Check

• Inspect for cracks, deformation or damage.
• Inspect cushion for deterioration or damage (2WD
vehicle.)

Front Suspension Fasteners Check

Check each bolt and nut fastening suspension parts for
tightness. Tighten loose one, if any, to specified torque,
referring to "Front Suspension Construction".
