To troubleshoot an FPC:
1. Look at the display on the craft interface to check the status of the FPC and the PICs that are
plugged into it.
State Description
Off SIB is offline or not seated properly.
On steadily SIB has failed.
and Table 99 on page 624 indicate a problem with an FPC.
