c. Push the ejector handle toward the PSM, and tighten the captive screw on the ejector handle to
secure it to the PSM.
d. Repeat these steps for all the other PSMs in the PDU.

19. Verify that the CB OK LED on the PDU faceplate is lit steadily.
20. Move the power switch on the PDU to the on (|) position.
21. Verify that the input OK LED on the faceplate of each PSM in the PDU is lit steadily, which
indicates that each PSM is receiving power. Verify that the fault

Removing a PTX5000 Single-Phase AC PDU
The PTX5000 has two redundant, load-sharing PDUs. Each PDU is hot-insertable and hot-removable.
The Single-Phase AC PDU weighs 60.5 lb (27.4 kg).
To remove a Single-Phase AC PDU:
1.
Switch off the customer-site circuit breakers to the PDU that is being removed.
2.
Move the power switch located on the faceplate of the PDU to the standby

Disconnect the AC power cords from the power source.
