8. Grasp the handle on the PDU faceplate and pull firmly down toward you. Slide the PDU halfway
out of the chassis (see

9. Place one hand underneath the PDU to support it and slide it partly out of the chassis until you can
reach the two handles located on each side of the PDU.
10. Use the two handles on each side of the PDU to support it and slide the PDU completely out of the
chassis.
WARNING: Do not touch the power connectors on the rear of the PDU. They can
contain dangerous voltages.
CAUTION: Each PDU weighs approximately 64.5 lb (29.3 kg). Be prepared to support
the full weight of the PDU as you remove it from the PTX5000.
