3. Removing the Hopper Motor
1) Remove the hopper unit.
2) Remove the screw [1], and detach the
toner receptacle [2].
Caution:
If the hopper motor does not rotate or
fails to stop, a transistor on the DC driver
PCB may be damaged. If such is the
case, replace the DC driver PCB.
3) Remove the two screws [3], and
disconnect the two connectors [4]; then,
remove the connector mount.
4) Remove the two screws [5], and remove
the hopper motor.
