7.3 Hydraulics Troubleshooting
Refer to the table provided below if you encounter problems with the hydraulic system while operating the windrower.
Problem
Symptom: Header or reel is not lifting.
Appropriate solenoids not being
energized by activating switch
Symptom: Reel and/or conveyor is not turning.
Flow controls adjusted too low
Appropriate solenoid on flow control
block not being energized
Relief pressure too low
Symptom: Hydraulic oil high-temperature alarm activates.
Hydraulic oil cooling system not
working properly
