Hardware requirements and procedure
For installing using the independent KVM switch, you must first create a config file.
A config file is a file that contains OS installation option settings, etc. Use the
installation support tool to create a config file.

When config file creation is complete, the following devices are required for the
installation:
• Display
• USB Keyboard
• USB Mouse
• USB floppy disk drive

• Windows 2000 Professional Service Pack4 or later
