Check procedures/corrective measures
Reinsert the connector. Also check for continuity within the
connector cable. If none, replace the cable.
PF paper conveying unit switch and PF main PWB (YC14)
Replace the PF paper conveying unit switch.
Reinsert the connector. Also check for continuity within the
connector cable. If none, replace the cable.
PF paper conveying cover switch and PF main PWB (YC5)
Replace the PF paper conveying cover switch.
Reinsert the connector. Also check for continuity within the
connector cable. If none, replace the cable.
BR conveying unit switch and BR main PWB (YC6)
BR main PWB (YC3) and engine PWB (YC20)
Replace the BR conveying unit switch.
Reinsert the connector. Also check for continuity within the
connector cable. If none, replace the cable.
BR eject cover switch and engine PWB (YC20)
Replace the BR eject cover switch.
Reinsert the connector. Also check for continuity within the
connector cable. If none, replace the cable.
DP feed motor and DP main PWB (YC5)
Check if the rollers and gears rotate smoothly. If not,
grease the bushes and gears. Check for broken gears and
replace if any.
Replace the DP feed motor.
Replace the DP main PWB and check for correct operation.
Reinsert the connector. Also check for continuity within the
connector cable. If none, replace the cable.
DP registration motor and DP main PWB (YC5)
Check if the rollers and gears rotate smoothly. If not,
grease the bushes and gears. Check for broken gears and
replace if any.
Replace the DP registration motor.
Replace the DP main PWB and check for correct operation.
