Check procedures/corrective measures
Reinsert the connector. Also check for continuity within the
connector cable. If none, replace the cable.
BR conveying motor 1 and BR main PWB (YC7)
BR main PWB (YC3) and engine PWB (YC20)
Check if the rollers and gears rotate smoothly. If not,
grease the bushes and gears. Check for broken gears and
replace if any.
Replace the BR conveying motor 1.
Replace the BR main PWB or engine PWB and check for
correct operation (see page 1-5-83).
Reinsert the connector. Also check for continuity within the
connector cable. If none, replace the cable.
BR conveying motor 2 and BR main PWB (YC7)
BR main PWB (YC3) and engine PWB (YC20)
Check if the rollers and gears rotate smoothly. If not,
grease the bushes and gears. Check for broken gears and
replace if any.
Replace the BR conveying motor 2.
Replace the BR main PWB or engine PWB and check for
correct operation (see page 1-5-83).
Reinsert the connector. Also check for continuity within the
connector cable. If none, replace the cable.
JS eject motor and JS main PWB (YC2)
JS main PWB (YC1)and feed PWB 1 (YC20)
Feed PWB 1 (YC1) and engine PWB (YC6)
Check if the rollers and gears rotate smoothly. If not,
grease the bushes and gears. Check for broken gears and
replace if any.
Replace the JS eject motor.
Replace the JS main PWB, feed PWB 1 or engine PWB
and check for correct operation (see page 1-5-83).
Reinsert the connector. Also check for continuity within the
connector cable. If none, replace the cable.
Toner fan motor and engine PWB (YC19)
Replace the toner fan motor.
Replace the engine PWB and check for correct operation
(see page 1-5-83).
