Replacement
1. Replacement is the reverse of the removal procedure.
2. Check that the transfer / detack HT leads are correctly positioned at the rear of the short
paper path assembly, Figure 1.

Removal
Switch off the electricity to the machine. Refer to
from the customer supply while performing tasks that do not need electricity. Electricity
can cause death or injury. Moving parts can cause injury.
Take care during this procedure. Sharp edges may be present that can cause injury.
Do not touch the fuser while it is hot.
1. Remove the fuser module, (35-55 ppm)
2. Remove the top cover from the fuser module,
