11-198-171 A stray sheet was detected in the finisher, after a jam clearance.
11-199-171 An unexpected sheet has been detected in the finisher.
Initial Actions
WARNING
Ensure that the electricity to the machine is switched off while performing tasks that do
not need electricity. Refer to GP 14. Disconnect the power cord. Electricity can cause
death or injury. Moving parts can cause injury.
• Check for a jam or other obstruction in the HVF paper path.
• Check the paper path for damage.
Procedure
Figure 1 shows the location of the components.
Enter dC330, code 11-100. Manually activate the entry sensor, Q11-100,
play changes.

Go to Flag 1. Check the sensor, Q11-100.
