REP 7.24 Tray 3 and Tray 4 Elevator Cables (W/TAG 151)

Removal
Switch off the electricity to the machine,
customer supply while performing tasks that do not need electricity. Electricity can
cause death or injury. Moving parts can cause injury.
Take care during this procedure. Sharp edges may be present that can cause injury.
NOTE: The elevator drives at the front and at the rear are similar for both trays.
1. Remove tray 3 or tray 4, REP 7.2.
2. Release the cables from the appropriate front drive pulley,

Remove the short cable
from the drive pulley.

Remove the long cable
from the drive pulley.

Remove E clip
and keeper plate
3. Remove the appropriate front elevator cables,
NOTE: The short cable is located over the outer pulley and the long cable is located over
the inner pulley.

Remove the cables through
the base of the tray
