REP 11.69-171 Drive Coupling Assembly

Removal
Switch off the electricity to the machine. Refer to
from the customer supply while performing tasks that do not need electricity. Electricity
can cause death or injury. Moving parts can cause injury.
Take care during this procedure. Sharp edges may be present that can cause injury.
1. Remove the tri-folder rear cover, REP
NOTE: Access is improved if the top cover is removed also.

2. Remove the drive coupling assembly bracket,

Slacken the tensioner lock screw
then move the crease roll tensioner
pulley to the left. Tighten the lock
screw.
