REP 11.2-120 Input Drive Belt and Transport Motor 1
Parts List on PL 11.110.
Removal
Switch off the electricity to the machine. Refer to
from the customer supply while performing tasks that do not need electricity. Electricity
can cause death or injury. Moving parts can cause injury.
Take care during this procedure. Sharp edges may be present that can cause injury.
1. Remove the 1K LCSS rear cover, REP
2. Remove transport motor 1 and the input drive belt,

GP 14. Disconnect the power cord

Remove the drive belt.

Remove 3 screws, then
transport motor 1.
Shoulder screw.

Remove the spring.

Disconnect PJ17.
Replacement
1. Place the belt around the pulleys.
NOTE: Ensure that the shoulder screw is installed in the correct position. Refer to
1.
2. Install the motor screws, but do not tighten.
3. Install the spring.
4. Rotate the shaft by hand to ensure the belt runs smoothly over the pulleys and allow the
spring to tension the belt, ADJ
5. Tighten the motor screws and re-connect the harness.
6. Install the 1K LCSS rear cover,
