REP 10.5 Fuser Terminal

Removal
WARNING
Switch off the electricity to the machine. Disconnect the power cord from the customer
supply while performing tasks that do not need electricity. Electricity can cause death or
injury. Moving parts can cause injury.
Before performing this procedure, refer to
1. Remove the DADF PL 5.10.
2. 3635 only. Remove the UI assembly,
3550 only. Remove the UI assembly,
3. Remove the scanner REP 14.1.
4. Remove the rear cover and the left and right covers
5. Remove the outbin REP 28.2.
6. Remove the LSU REP 6.1.
7. Disconnect CON2 from the SMPS.
8. Remove the fuser fan, PL 10.20 Item
9. Remove the fuser assembly, PL 10.10 Item
10. 3635 only. Disconnect CN19 from the
3550 only. Disconnect CN 26 from the
11. Remove the fuser terminal, PL 10.25 Item
12. Disconnect the grey and black harness from the fuser terminal.
Replacement
1. Replacement is the reverse of the removal procedure.
