REP 11.63-171 Entry Feed Motor 1

Removal
Switch off the electricity to the machine. Refer to
from the customer supply while performing tasks that do not need electricity. Electricity
can cause death or injury. Moving parts can cause injury.
Take care during this procedure. Sharp edges may be present that can cause injury.
1. Remove the rear cover REP 11.1-171.
2. Remove entry feed motor 1 and bracket assembly,

3. Remove 2 screws and the grounding wire to remove the motor and damper from the
bracket.
Replacement
1. Reverse the removal procedures to replace entry feed motor 1.
2. Set the belt tension ADJ 11.10-171.

2. Remove the bypass feed motor and bracket assembly,

3. Remove 2 screws and the grounding wire to remove the motor and damper from the
bracket.
Replacement
1. Reverse the removal procedures to replace the bypass feed motor.
2. Set the belt tension, ADJ 11.10-171.
