To create a VLAN on the Switch.
create vlan [<string 32> tag <int 2-4094>
{[type_1q_vlan_advertisement | private_vlan]}] | [vlanid
<vidlist> {[type_1q_vlan_advertisement | private_vlan]}]
The create vlan command creates a VLAN on the Switch.
<string 32> − The name of the VLAN to be created.
vlanid <vidlist> - The VLAN id to be created.
tag <int 2-4094> − The VLAN ID of the VLAN to be created. The
value ranges from 2 to 4094.
type_1q_vlan_advertisement − Specifies the 1q vlan advertisement
on the Switch.
private_vlan – To configure the specified vlan to be private VLAN on
the Switch.
Each VLAN name can be up to 32 characters. If the VLAN is not
given a tag, it will be a port-based VLAN.
Only Administrator and Operator and Power-User-level users can
issue this command.
