The show 802.1x fwd_pdu system status command is used to
display the control of forwarding EAPOL PDUs.

To configure the 802.1x authentication mode on the Switch.
config 802.1x auth_mode [port_based | mac_based]
The config 802.1x auth_mode command enables either the port-
based or MAC-based 802.1x authentication feature on the Switch.
[port_based | mac_based] – Specifies whether 802.1x
authentication is by port or MAC address.
Only Administrator, operator or power user-level users can issue this
command.
