The enable gratuitous_arp command is used to enable gratuitous
ARP log states. The Switch can trap or log the IP conflict event to
inform the administrator. By default, the event log is enabled.

Only Administrator or operator-level users can issue this command.
Used to disable the gratuitous ARP trap and log.
