Details
This function stores the active set of calibration constants to nonvolatile memory. The previous calibration
constants (from the default calibration set) are copied to the previous calibration set (smuX.CALSET_PREVIOUS)
before overwriting the default calibration set.
This function is disabled until a successful call to smuX.cal.unlock() is made.
If any of the calibration constants have been changed, this function is disabled unless the calibration date, the
calibration due date, and the calibration adjust date have been assigned new values.
