Guidelines
The IP address in the ARP entry must be within the IP subnet of the specified layer-3 port.
Example
The following example adds a static ARP entry with the IP address of 192.168.1.167, MAC
address of 00.00.00.00.11.22, and corresponding port of layer-3 port 1:
zte(cfg-router)#arp add 192.168.1.167 00.00.00.00.11.22 1

4.17.9 arp delete

Purpose
This command deletes an ARP entry.

Syntax
arp delete <A.B.C.D>

Example
The following example deletes the static address resolution with IP address of
10.40.44.167:
zte(cfg-router)#arp delete 10.40.44.167

4.17.10 arp ipport timeout

Purpose
This command sets the ARP entry aging time based on layer-3 port.
