Purpose
This command uses the QoS profile to modify the specified UP/DSCP fields that an egress
ACL matches.

Ingress ACL number.
Rule number of the ingress ACL.
qos-profile template number.
qos-profile does not modify UP/DSCP fields, but egress ACLs can
modify UP/DSCP fields.
qos-profile can modify UP/DSCP fields.
Neither qos-profile nor egress ACLs modify UP/DSCP fields.
Description
Egress ACL number. The egress ACL can directly modify the
UP/DSCP fields of a flow.
Rule number of egress ACL.
UP/DSCP will not be modified.
Modifies UP to this value.
