Purpose
This command shows contents of the MAC address entry.
Command Mode
Global configuration mode
Syntax
show mac
Guidelines
This command shows all MAC addresses, including dynamic, static, permanent, batch
transformed, and other configured MAC addresses.
Example
The following example shows contents of MAC address entries:
zte(cfg)#show mac
Total MAC Address
MAC Address Peak value: 6
MAC Address Peak time : Thu Jul
Flags: Per - permanent, Stc - static, ToP - to_permanent, ToS - to_static,
Sav - auto saved mac address, SrF - source filter,

Description
Port list.
Shuts down ports.
Stops learning on ports, drops packets with unknown source MAC
addresses, and sends an alarm.
Stops learning on ports and drops packets with unknown source
MAC addresses. No alarm is sent.
