Example
The following example enables rate limit protection for port 2:
zte(cfg)#set qos traffic-limit port 2 protect enable
The following example enables rate limit protection for port 2 and sets the duration when
the port is unavailable to 5 minutes:
zte(cfg)#set qos traffic-limit port 2 protect time 5

4.14.23 set qos traffic-limit port trap

Purpose
This command enables the trap function for a port. When traffic on the port exceeds the
rate limit, a trap is sent to the network management system.

set qos traffic-limit port <1-28> trap {enable | disable }

Guidelines
This command is mutually exclusive with the set qos traffic-limit port protect command.
Before configuring this command, enable the traffic-limit trap function. For details, refer to
5.4.12 set trap
Example
The following example enables the trap function for port 2:
zte(cfg)#config snmp
zte(cfg-snmp)#set trap trafficlimit enable
zte(cfg-snmp)#exit
zte(cfg)#set qos traffic-limit port 2 trap enable
