Purpose
This command sets the egress shaping rate for a GE port based on queue.

Number of a GE port. Different devices have different port number
ranges. In the syntax, the 2928E device is used as an example.
Egress shaping rate.
Shaping rate limit. The granularity is 2 Mbps.
Burst rate.
Burst rate value. The granularity is 4 KB.
