Guidelines
The set loopdetect port command with enable is used to enable loop detection on ports,
that is, detect whether there is a loop on the PVID for the ports. The set loopdetect por
t command with disable is used to disable loop detection on ports, that is, disable loop
detection on all VLANs for the ports.

4.37.4 set loopdetect port vlan

Purpose
This command enables or disables loop detection of the specified ports in the specified
VLANs.

Guidelines
The set loopdetect port vlan with the enable parameter is used to enable loop detection of the
specified ports in the specified VLANs. Each port can configure up to eight VLANs (except
PVID). If the detection on VLANs is enabled but the detection on PVID is not enabled,
this command can enable the detection on PVID at the same time. If the user-configured
VLAN ID is the same as PVID, this operation is ignored. The set loopdetect port vlan
command with the disable parameter is used to disable loop detection of the specified
ports in the specified VLANs. Note that only the detection on the user-defined VLAN IDs
can be disabled. Detection on PVID cannot be disabled.
