4.38.3 udld port message timer

Purpose
This command sets the packet sending period after the UniDirectional Link Detection
(UDLD) protocol enters BiDirectional status.

Guidelines
After the UDLD protocol enters the BiDirectional status, it sends five Hello handshake
messages at the period of seven seconds, and then continuously sends Hello handshake
messages at the interval configured by this command.

15 seconds.
