Purpose
This command creates a user.

Guidelines
Four accounts can be created in total, including the default administrator account (admin).

Description
IP address of the remote Telnet server.
Source IP address. By default, it is the address of the local egress interface
directly connected to the next hop.
Description
Creates an administrator account. The administrator can enter the
configuration mode and have all the rights.
Creates a restricted account. The account user can only enter the
user mode and check switch information.
User name.
User rights. By default, the rights of the admin user is level 15
and the rights of a guest user is level 0.
