4.38.4 udld port recovery enable/disable

Purpose
This command enables or disables the

Guidelines
The automatic recovery function means whether links can be recovered automatically
without the reset command when UDLD detects link problems and disables the faulty ports.

The UDLD automatic recovery function is disabled.
