Add a new QoS book entry.
SYNTAX:
atm qosbook add
where:
name The name of the new QoS entry.
txctd The name of the Conformance Traffic Descriptor (CTD) for the transmit
(upstream) direction.
rxctd The name of the CTD for the receive (downstream) direction.
EXAMPLE:
