The type of the file to be downloaded.
Set the HTTP URL where the file is to be found including remote
filename.
Set the name to be used to authenticate to the download server.
Set the password to be used to authenticate to the download
server.
Set the size of the file to be downloaded.
Set the filename used to save the file on the modem.
