traceroute

Send ICMP/UDP packets to trace the IP path.
SYNTAX:
traceroute

[utime = <{disabled | enabled}>]
The destination IP address.
A number between 1 and 10.
Represents the number of times to reissue a traceroute request with the
same TTL.
The default is 3.
A number between 1 and 20000 (bytes).
Represents the size of the traceroute packet(s).
The default is 1.
A number between 1000 and 60000 (milliseconds).
Represents the intermediate interval between two packets.
The default is 1000.
A number between 1 and 255.
Represents the maximum number of routers through which a packet can
pass.
The default is 30.
A number between 1 and 65535.
Represents the UDP destination port number to send to.
A number between 0 and 255.
Represents the maximum number of consecutive timeouts allowed
before terminating a traceroute request.
The default is 5.
The type of traceroute packet(s).
Choose between:

icmp
>
udp.
The default is icmp.
Display time in useconds (enabled) or not (disabled).
The default is enabled.
