Add a route to the DHCP server pool.

The name of the DHCP server pool to which a route must be
added.
The IP destination address of the route for DHCP clients.
The destination IP address mask.
The IP address of the next hop. Must be directly connected to
the DHCP client
Delete a route from the DHCP server pool.
