Modify an entry from the DHCP forward list.

The forward entry name.
The DHCP server IP address.
The name of the relay interface, 'None' to indicate no interface
is specified.
The standard is None.
The giaddr field to be used in relayed DHCP packets.
Script to be run when the forward entry is hit.
Add an entry to the DHCP forward list.
Delete an entry from the DHCP forward list.
List the DHCP forward list.
