Set all the ports to the default settings.
All the ports are placed in group 0.
SYNTAX:
eth switch group flush
EXAMPLE:
=>eth switch group list
Group 0 Ports: 4
Group 1 Ports: 1
Group 2 Ports: 2 3
=>eth switch group flush
=>eth switch group list
Group 0 Ports: 1 2 3 4
