Reseat the TONER CARTRIDGE (M), and check that the
3 lock key is in the lock position.
Does the error still occur when the power is turned OFF and
ON?
Checking after replacing the TONER CARTRIDGE (M)
Replace the TONER CARTRIDGE (M). (Refer to Removal
4 6/Replacement 48.)
Does the error still occur when the power is turned OFF and
ON?
Checking the HARN ASSY TONER CRUM for continuity
Disconnect J31 from the PWBA MCU.

Disconnect J312 (M) from the connector CRUM.
Is each cable of J31 <=> J312 continuous?
Checking after reseating the PWBA MCU
Reseat the PWBA MCU. (Refer to Removal 43/
6 Replacement 11.)
Does the error still occur when the power is turned OFF and
ON?
