Extension Hotel/Motel mode:
When a supervisor changes a
Status
room's ES status, the
supervisor is prompted to select
the room.
When the room has been
selected and the supervisor has
selected ES1, ES2, or ES3,
confirmation is displayed.
ES1 = Checked Out
ES2 = Available
ES3 = Occupied
When the guest or
housekeeper changes a
room's ES status to ES1 or
ES2, a confirmation is
displayed.
Calling group/CMS mode:
When the supervisor position is
put into Supervisor mode, the
supervisor is prompted to press
Hold. After the supervisor
presses the Hold button, the
new status is confirmed.
When the supervisor position is
taken out of Supervisor mode,
the supervisor is prompted to
press Drop. After the
supervisor presses the Drop
button, the new status is
confirmed.
