Wi-Fi configuration

The Wi-Fi enabled IX20W device has one Wi-Fi radio. You can configure the Wi-Fi radio for Wi-Fi access
point mode or Wi-Fi client mode. By default, the IX20W radio is configured to use access point mode.

Default access point SSID and password

By default, the IX20W device has one access point enabled. The default SSID for the access points is:
Digi-IX20W-serial_number
The password for the default access point is the unique password as found on the device's label. See

changing the default SSID and password.
