9.2.2 Troubleshooting for the Servo System
9.2.2.1 LCP Display is Dark/Not Functioning
This fault applies to the ISD 510/DSD 510 servo drives, PSM 510, DAM 510, and ACM 510.
Possible Causes
•
Missing input power.
•
Missing or open fuses or circuit breaker tripped.
•
No power to the LCP.
•
Incorrect contrast setting.
•
Display is defective.
Troubleshooting

9.2.2.2 Open Power Fuses or Circuit Breaker Trip
This fault applies to the PSM 510 and DAM 510.
Possible Causes
•
Phase-to-phase short.
•
Short on backlink.
•
Short on hybrid cable.
•
Short on EXM 510 connector or cable.
•
Short on ISD 510/DSD 510 connector.
Troubleshooting
•
Check the cabling
•
Check for loose connections.
9.2.2.3 DC-link Voltage Too Low (Error 0x3220/0x104)
This fault applies to all system modules.
Possible Cause
•
Incorrect mains input supply.
Troubleshooting
•
Check that the supply voltage matches the allowed specification.
9.2.2.4 Current Overload Trip (Error 0x2396/0x15C)
This fault applies to the PSM 510 and the DAM 510.

Possible solution
Check the input power source.
Check the fuses and circuit breaker.

Check the LCP cable for proper connection or damage.
•
Replace any faulty LCP or connection cables.
Press [Status] + [▵]/[▿] to adjust the contrast.
